Meet The Team
C.J. Harris
CJ is an experienced basketball coach and valued member of the On The Clock team. With a rich background in higher education and sports business, CJ brings a wealth of expertise to our organization.
Skilled in nonprofit organizations, analytical thinking, coaching, event management, small business development, management, and public speaking, CJ is a versatile asset. With a Bachelor of Science degree focused on Psychology/Criminal Justice, CJ possesses a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics.
Passionate about sports and community engagement, CJ is dedicated to making a meaningful impact. Whether it's developing young athletes, organizing successful events, or contributing to the growth of sports businesses, CJ is committed to driving success both on and off the court.
Micah Fraction
Micah Fraction is in his first season as head video coordinator for the Lakers, having served as the team’s assistant video coordinator during the 2022- 23 season.
The Maryland native joined the Lakers after previously serving as the head video coordinator for the Wisconsin Herd in the 2021-22 season. Before his stint in Wisconsin, Fraction was a coaching associate for the Lakeland Magic in the 2019-20 season, a graduate assistant for the University of Miami men’s basketball team from 2017-19, a special assistant for the men’s basketball team at Southern Utah University from 2016-17 and an assistant coach at Saint James High School from 2014-16.
Prior to his professional coaching career, Fraction played collegiate hoops at Kutztown University, averaging 19.5 points a game over two seasons (55 games) from 2011-13. Fraction played high school basketball at Montrose Christian School in Rockville, Md.
Dennis Davis
Dennis Davis is an American Entrepreneur, Speaker and Philanthropist who graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. After receiving his undergraduate degree in Public Administration, Dennis pursued a career in sales. As sales teams excelled under his leadership, Davis discovered he had a gift to influence, excite and stimulate teams to tap into their full potential.
